Membership and Care Plan Structure

Serious healing for people ready to work.

How It Works

Grace Garden Healing operates as a direct care practice. You work directly with Dr. Ruth — no insurance paperwork, no referral requirements, no waiting rooms. Care is personalized to your specific situation and goals, and structured around what your body actually needs on any given day.

Membership covers your visits and access to the full range of therapeutic modalities at the Garden of Grace and Gratitude. Your investment goes toward your recovery, not toward administrative overhead.

Getting Started

The First Step - Complimentary Consultation

Every new client begins with a complimentary conversation. This is not a sales pitch — it is an honest assessment of whether what Grace Garden Healing offers is the right fit for your situation. If it is not, Dr. Ruth will tell you directly and help you find someone who is.

Next - Comprehensive Initial Evaluation — $250

For those who are a good fit, the next step is a comprehensive evaluation — examination, review of records, and assessment of where you are starting from. The report of findings is delivered on a separate day, giving appropriate time to evaluate the results and design a specific plan for you. You will be given time to consider the recommended plan; you have a month to accept the course of care recommended or to mutually modify it to meet your situation. A $150 of the evaluation fee is applied toward your first month of care if started in the 30 days following the evaluation.

Active Treatment Membership Plans

Active treatment plans are for clients working toward a specific recovery goal. Every visit is a combination of therapeutic activities determined by your needs on that day or according to a planned protocol. All equipment and modalities at the Garden are included.

Restoration — 4 visits per month — $240/month

Intensive A — 8 visits per month — $600/month

Intensive B — 3 visits per week — $900/month

Intensive C — 5 visits per week — $1,600/month

Active treatment plans continue until recovery goals are achieved. At that point clients may set a new goal, transition to a Maintenance plan or conclude care. Together you and Dr. Ruth will determine which course of care is most appropriate for your stated goals.

Maintenance and Well Care Membership

Maintenance membership is available to clients who have completed an active treatment plan and reached a level of health worth maintaining. It is not a substitute for active care — it is the reward for completing it.

Children of enrolled adults — Complimentary — No charge

Adults 18-35 — Monthly well care — $65/month

Adults 36-64 — Monthly well care — $85/month

Adults 65+ — Monthly well care — $95/month

Maintenance members are required to visit at minimum once per month and to comply with recommended home care protocols. If an injury or setback occurs, members are expected to schedule promptly — early intervention prevents regression and protects the progress already achieved.

What Membership Includes

All membership plans include access to the full range of therapeutic modalities available at the Garden of Grace and Gratitude:

Natural water therapy in the Pool of Faith and Hope, when weather permits— neurological re-education through buoyancy and resistance. Whole body vibration — Lifetime Vibe Plate. Magnesphere — full body electromagnetic field therapy. Erchonia laser, percussor, and adjustor. LZR infrared wand — photobiomodulation. Balance Tracking System. HRV evaluation. Infrared sauna. Spinal rehabilitation care. Grounding stations and therapeutic garden environment. Access to deep discounts on classes and workshops offered through out the year.

Nutritional assessment through precision laboratory blood work is available as a separate service and strongly recommended for clients undertaking active treatment plans. Most insurances cover laboratory blood work.

Collaborative Care

Dr. Ruth does not practice in isolation. When a client's needs are best served by additional expertise, she draws on a network of trusted specialists across disciplines. For clients who live at a distance or need to continue care closer to home, Dr. Ruth can help build a local team or work alongside practitioners they are already using.

Payment

Membership fees are due monthly. Payment is accepted by Zelle, cash, or check. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract required.

Blood work, outside referrals, and supplementation recommendations may carry separate costs. Where supplements are recommended, Dr. Ruth will advise on specific products and sources. Health Savings Accounts vary on coverage. Both lab fees and supplements can be purchased with debit or credit cards.
